The Garland G-Series Restaurant Range

Inspired by chefs, Garland's engineering experts designed the G-Series Restaurant Range to deliver enhanced productivity, precision, and efficiency, ensuring a consistent bake, easy maintenance, and custom flexibility.

 

The G-Series Restaurant Range features Garland's exclusive two-piece 33,000 BTU Starfire Pro® Burner, which results in precise, even heat, improved efficiency, and maximum heat control.

 

The range easily fits six 12" pots on the stove simultaneously, which is the largest usable cooking surface in the industry. The grate design allows pots to slide effortlessly across the surface from burner to burner.

 

Garland knows a reliable oven is critical for chefs when baking, roasting, and finishing. The G-Series features a best-in-class oven for consistent temperature and rapid recovery time, with a fully porcelain interior, a ribbed door, and a hearth. It also features a 38,000 BTU cast iron "H" Burner, delivering faster heat more evenly with unmatched temperature consistency and leading heat recovery. Additionally, Garland's Chef Oven is so large that it accommodates standard full-size sheet pans in either direction. Even Garland's 24" range accepts a full-size sheet pan.

 

Garland knows that, along with performance, ease of maintenance is essential. The G-Series features protected pilot lights positioned outside of the spill zone. Ergonomic Split Grates that are easier to handle, remove, and clean. The range has 12" fully sealed split crumb trays that are super lightweight and more accessible to remove and clean, and two-piece Starfire Pro® Burners that split apart, so cleaning the burner inside and out for maximum performance and burner efficiency is simple.

 

Because every operation is unique, there are many options to enable operators to configure their ovens according to their needs, menus, and visions. Garland Restaurant Range options include low-profile back guards, casters (adjustable or non-adjustable), oven racks, storage bases (with or without doors), flanged deck mount legs, Celsius temperature dials, range match griddles, fryers, and broilers.  Operators can also configure their range to include a Salamander broiler, raised griddle/broiler, cheese melter, and hot top.
