SEFA holds two National Sales Conferences each year in March and October respectively. During these intense 4-day events, SEFAPros
go through two different training formats. Over the first day and a half the DSRs experience coaching sessions that start with a 2-hour session with their Supplier Coach of choice. After that they spend 90 minutes with five different Suppliers. Over the second day and a half, the trainees will see 12 different Suppliers for 30 minutes each. In total each SEFAPro
will experience 16 hours of industry-leading training in three days. Throughout the conference the DSRs will train alongside peers from dealerships across the country.
