Oneida Launches New Lines

The dining experience starts with ambiance, service and food and ends with the all-important dinnerware and flatware.

Oneida kicked off 2012 with its launch of new lines of both dinnerware and flatware to enhance experiences in luxury, fine and casual dining environments.

Their new designs focus specifically on aesthetics and more importantly, utility.

“We’re especially excited about the visual and tactile elements of these designs and of their ability to enhance the dining experience”, said Paul Gebhardt, Oneida’s Senior VP Design and Advertising.


Oneida’s new luxury line is called Surrey and is described as both “timeless” and “contemporary”. It’s the latest addition to their already established Wedgewood Collection. Surrey features a “Maxadura” body, generous plating surface area, a mid-sized rim and a limited 5-year no-chip warranty.  Click here for more on Surrey.

The newest member of the fine dining collection Sant Andrea, Circa, is made from fine porcelain and features a high-fire scratch and mark resistant glaze and carries a 3-year no-chip warranty. Oneida’s first casual dining release of 2012, Atlas implements the “texture as pattern” trend, making for a unique feel in the hand. Atlas features clean tailored lines on heavyweight stainless steel for superior design. For more information on Atlas click here.
