Globe Bistro Series Panini Grills

By Matt Kurnick

Mmmmmm. Think of the most succulent slow-roasted pork, topped with slices of pickle and swiss cheese stacked between the top and bottom of a hoagie roll, grilled to warm perfection until the cheese drips off the grill-marked roll.

It’s sandwich bliss.

The new Bistro Series Panini Grills from Globe are great tools for producing warm sandwiches and come in two different sizes with two different plate options to fit every operators’ needs.

These grills feature cast iron plates for superior heat retention and fast grilling, and easy-to-clean removable stainless steel catch trays. They also feature thermostatic temperature control up to 570 degrees F.

Other features include:

–       Stainless steel tubing to protect wires from bending and crimping
–       Heavy-duty spring hinge with adjustable tension
–       Non-skid rubber feet
–       One year parts and labor warranty

The different models include a single grill with smooth plates or grooved plates, or a double grill with smooth or grooved plates.

The single grills have a 10″ x 10″ surface size and take 120 volts or 1800 watts. The double grills have two 10″ upper plates and a 20″ continuous bottom plate and take 208 volts or 3200 watts for when you need to grill a Cuban and a Reuben.
