Advance Tabco’s Mobile Cutting Station
Flexibility is an important characteristic in a wide range of commercial kitchen equipment.
The fact that this cutting station is mobile is big in the context of a commercial foodservice operation. It allows an end user to position the table, and the employee stationed at the table, in the right spot. Ultimately it also allows for the ability to change the right spot as needed.
Advance Tabco suggests that this station is best used for Chicken. The 16-gauge stainless steel structure built on 5” swivel casters comes with three 15” x 12” yellow Poly-Vance cutting boards. The station is designed to use one cutting board at a time. It fits between two 6” x 12” bin cutouts in the tabletop. The other two boards are easily stored on the cutting board storage rack. The fact that it comes with and easily stores that many cutting boards provides end users the flexibility to use the station for many food products, including chicken.
The bin cutouts are measured to fit perfectly with Cambro food bins as seen in the picture above. Bins are not included and must be purchased separately.
