Featured SEFA Pro—August 2009Sabra Deming, Jordano's Foodservice Sabra is a native Californian, born in Lompoc. She had a prior career as the owner of her own floral shop. She took her talents in floral decoration and event planning to her job at Jordano's, where she has been employed for over 20 years. She started out as an equipment buyer's assistant, and over the years worked in many different departments at Jordano's. She eventually worked her way up to Equipment Buyer, where she has done a tremendous job. She has been involved in many events where she has used her creative and decorative talents such as Jordano's bi-annual Food & Equipment Show.According to Jim Spencer and Marsha Gomez of Jordano's, Sabra has never been afraid of hard work. She has been a long-time, dedicated Jordano's employee. "Since we joined SEFA in 2000, Sabra has put a lot of energy into supporting SEFA and also learning as much about E &S as possible, including becoming one of the first five SEFA Pros.
