![]() October 20-23, 2010 Schaumburg, IL Meeting Information- For the In-Depth Trainer In-Depth Training Sessions will be held on Saturday morning, October 23rd. An important meeting will be held for all In-Depth Trainers on Friday evening, October 22nd at 5:00 pm at the Renaissance Schaumburg Hotel & Convention Center, followed by a reception where you will meet your team. After the reception, teams will join their In-Depth trainers for dinner. Dinner should be used to encourage your team to review opportunities, successes, or challenges they’ve had with your line. In this way, you can address any of these things the next day. Notice that, for your convenience, we have posted a list of nearby restaurants to the documentation available on our website. To ensure that each student will have a unique experience, please select from the restaurants listed for Friday evening. If you need assistance making restaurant reservations please contact Lindsey by phone or email. Transportation to the restaurants should be arranged by the In-Depth Trainer. On your training day, you will have a private room with approximately 10 – 14 Dealer salespeople from different Dealerships. You will have 1½ hours to train on your line. Keep in mind that you are NOT SELLING them on your line; you are TRAINING them to sell your line. After your 1½ hour Training Session with your team, they will rotate to 6 other Trainers to get a 20-minute review of 6 other lines, while 6 other teams rotate to see a 20-minute review of your line. For the 20-minute presentations, we encourage you NOT to try to “shrink” your 1½ hour training session. Treat these presentations much as you would a dealer sales meeting, by focusing only on one or two products. If you’ve conducted training with us recently, selecting a different product from last time would be a big plus for the students. This format will allow you to train not only the 10 – 14 Dealer salespeople in your team, but to also present a review to other Dealer salespeople in attendance. The dress code for the Conference is business casual. |
