This optional class will be offered following SEFA Academy for those that are interested.  Class Fee: $50.00.

AutoQuotes 360 is the latest and most complete version of AutoQuotes, the full featured electronic database for the foodservice equipment and supply industry.

AutoQuotes 360 is a browser-based version of AutoQuotes.  There’s no software to install (other than a browser plug-in, if it isn't already installed).  There are no more progress bars or waiting on information to synchronize.  You can log in from anywhere and start working immediately, anytime you want.  There’s no burden on your computer because everything is accessed via our secure server network.  And, because any upgrades are automatic, you’re always on the latest version, with access to the latest features, performance, and security enhancements.

Basic AutoQuotes 360 – 1:00 PM – 4:30PM - Wednesday, September 15
A basic introduction to AutoQuotes 360, the foodservice equipment & supplies industry’s most complete database, catalog, & quotation system. This informative afternoon will include:

• Introduction/Overview of AutoQuotes 360

• Registering for and logging into AutoQuotes 360

• Using/searching the AutoQuotes catalog

• Using the Quick Item Search Bar

• Projects – creating, updating, & maintaining

• Copying & Pasting

• Auto-populating utility information

• Creating cutbooks

• Compiling Operations/maintenance manuals

• Estimating freight and installation

• Adding customer contacts (address book) – searching, editing, creating entries

• Defining customer roles
• Searching/filtering projects

• Working with AutoQuotes in front of the customer (End User button, hiding project details, etc.)

• Sample scenario – revising an existing project when prices have changed

Advanced AutoQuotes 360 – 8:30 AM – 12:00PM - Thursday, September 16
Build on the foundations of the Basic AutoQuotes 360 session while we take it to the next level. This class will examine the features and functionality within AutoQuotes that truly enrich and heighten the AutoQuotes experience. An interactive Q&A period will be included. This session will include these program features:

• Administering and managing AutoQuotes 360

• Setting and maintaining company level mfr discounts

• Defining user roles and managing permissions

• Creating project defaults

• Advanced user functionality – deviated prices, customer specific pricing

• Advanced quoting – adding multiple items simultaneously, quoting multiple customers, copying and pasting between projects

• Adding your own mfrs and items

• Hot-keys and shortcuts

• Using the LMI freight calculator

• Managing utility information (auto-populating vs. loading your own, updating existing projects)

• Exporting & Importing – (i.e. –Excel export, KCL import, accounting system export)

• Canned reports and their options – spreadsheets, cutsheet books, specifications, flyers, etc.

• Advanced reporting – Creating customized reports using the report writer wizard

• Converting a quote into Spanish

• Quoting in other currencies

• Using AutoQuotes 360 for Purchase orders

• Sharing information with previous versions of AutoQuotes
