Have a Champion assist your training:

Why might a dealer salesperson that has previously championed your line request to work with you to assist you in your training?

1.    To practice presenting the knowledge gained from championing your line.
2.    To increase their overall knowledge and ability to sell your line.
3.    To develop a leadership role.
4.    To earn 50 SEFA Pro Points.

In order for a champion to assist your training, they must have previously championed your line.  Only one DSR assistant is allowed per coaching session and you must grant final approval. 

You will need to complete a Coach Assist Review form. You will need to rate the assistant on things such as how well their presentation flowed with your overall presentation, how well they prepared prior to the conference, etc.
