Meeting Information for the Coach

Coaching Sessions will be held on Monday, March 12th and Tuesday, March 13th.

An important meeting will be held for all Coaches on Sunday evening, March 11th at 5:30pm at The Westin Houston, Memorial City, followed by a reception where you will meet your Monday Champions. After the reception, Champions will join their Coaches for dinner. Dinner should be used to encourage your Champions to review opportunities, successes, or challenges they’ve had with your line. In this way, you can address any of these things the next day.

You will be able to set up your room at 3:00pm on Sunday, March 11th.

On Monday, you will have a private room with approximately 7 - 12 Dealer salespeople from different Dealerships.  You will have 2 hours that morning to create “Champions” of your line.  Keep in mind that you are NOT SELLING them on your line; you are TRAINING them to sell your line.



After your 2-hour session you will return to your training room while your “Champions” rotate to see 90-minute sales presentations from 5 other Coaches.  The “Champions” of the other lines will rotate to see your 90-minute sales presentation.  Three 90-minute presentations will take place on Monday.  The remaining two 90-minute presentations will be on Tuesday morning.  If you’ve coached with us recently, selecting a different product from last time would be a big plus for the students.



The dress code for the Conference is business casual.
