![]() March 11-14, 2012 The Westin Houston, Memorial City Houston, TX Meeting Information for the Dealer Coaching sessions will be held on Monday, March 12th and concluding on Tuesday afternoon, March 13th. Featured Product Presentations will be held on Tuesday afternoon, March 13th and concluding Wednesday afternoon, March 14th. Registration for the Conference will start at 3:00pm on Sunday, March 11th at The Westin Houston, Memorial City. Sunday at 4:00pm, all DSR attendees are required to attend the SEFAPro meeting. A reception will be held after, where you will meet your Monday team. After the reception, teams will join their Coaches for dinner. Dinner should be used to review opportunities, successes, or challenges you’ve had with the line you are championing. In this way, your Coach can prepare to address these challenges the next day. On the Coaching day, you will be on a team with approximately 7 - 12 dealer salespeople from different dealerships. You will be trained for 2 hours on Monday to become “Champions” of the line you select. This will be the line for your follow up sales meeting. After the Coaching session, you will gather with your team and rotate to view five 90-minute presentations by the other coaches. This format will allow you to not only become a “Champion” of the line you train with, but also learn about other lines. Three 90-miniture rotations will take place on Monday and the remaining two 90-minute rotations will be on Tuesdays morning. Champion Reviews must be completed and submitted NO LATER THAN Monday, April 30th. For the Featured Product Presentations you will rotate as a group with the other attendees from your company or we will group you with other Dealer salespeople in order to keep the group sizes consistent. You will meet with 12 suppliers, rotating every 30 minutes. You and anyone else attending from your Dealership should make these selections as a group. The group will rotate together. The dress code for the Conference is business casual. SEFAPro points are awarded AFTER the conference is completed in full, without missing any sessions and the follow-up sales meeting on the “Championed” line has been held with paperwork submitted. This information is due in the SEFA office no later than April 30, 2012. Cancellation Fee Notice: Registrations canceled after February 24, 2012 will be charged a $200 fee. |
