Transportation Information

Hotel Airport Shuttle Service
Upon arriving at the airport, guests may use the courtesy phone to arrange for shuttle service transportation to The Plaza.  A courtesy phone is located at the baggage claim area in each of the airport terminals. Dial 40 which is the number labeled "The Scottsdale Plaza Resort", to be directly connected with the Transportation/Bell Desk dispatch at The Plaza.  If you are unable to locate the courtesy phone, please call 480-951-5118 to be directly connected.

Guests should retrieve their luggage prior to calling for shuttle service. Guests will be asked their name, the airline they arrived on, and the number in their party, as well as a brief clothing description (to allow the driver to recognize them). Guests are directed to the north curb "Resort Shuttles Vehicle Loading" area (distinguished by a sign with a blue diamond), given a description of their van, an estimated time of pick-up, then transferred directly to The Plaza.

The shuttle departs the airport every half-hour, from 5:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. seven days a week. There is a charge of $20 per person each way. This price includes the driver gratuity, which is posted directly to the individual’s room account.

RESORT VEHICLE LOADING LOCATIONS
Terminal 2: Step outside the baggage claim area and turn right.  Walk down to the Blue Diamond sign.
Terminal 3: Step outside the baggage claim area through Door #5 on the North Curb.  Stand at the Blue Diamond.
Terminal 4: Step outside the baggage claim through Door #5 on the North Curb.  Cross over to the middle island.  Wait by the blue stripes on the pavement.

Taxi terminal access is as follows:  Terminal 2: North curbside, Terminal 3: North curbside and Terminal 4: Level 1, North curbside.

Rates remain the same regardless of company, number of passengers and number of bags. The first mile is $5.00.  Each additional mile is $2.10.  Each hour of a traffic delay is $21.00.

Limousines offer airport-to-door service. For-hire limousines are available on the South curbs of Terminals 3 & 4 and just East of the North curb of Terminal 2.
