![]() March 10-13, 2010 Stone Mountain, GA Meeting Information- For the Coach Coaching Sessions will be held on Thursday, March 11th. An important meeting will be held for all Coaches on Wednesday evening, March 10th at 5:30pm at the Evergreen Marriott Conference Resort. In lieu of our normal cocktail party following the meeting and prior to dining, we will proceed directly to dinner. Gather at the Conference Center Entrance on the Lobby Level at 6:00pm where you will meet your team. Dinner should be used to encourage your Champions to review opportunities, successes, or challenges they’ve had with your line. In this way, you can address these as discussion points the next day during your training. Atlanta has a wonderful selection of “Neighborhood Restaurants”. We have selected the best of the best for you to choose from. The primary training contact person from your firm will receive an email with a list of restaurants from which to choose. As many of these restaurants can only accommodate one large group at a time, SEFA will make your reservation for you on a first come, first serve basis as we receive your response email. We will let you know where you will be dining when we send you your team list. SEFA will provide transportation to and from the restaurants. On your coaching day, you will have a private room with approximately 10 – 14 Dealer salespeople from different Dealerships. You will have 3 hours that morning to create “Champions” of your line. Keep in mind that you are NOT SELLING them on your line; you are TRAINING them to sell your line. After lunch, you will return to your training room while your “Champions” rotate to see 20-minute sales presentations from the other Coaches. The “Champions” of the other lines will rotate to see your 20-minute sales presentation. This format will allow you to not only make “Champions” of the 10 – 14 Dealer salespeople in your group, but to also present a review to all other Dealer salespeople in attendance. When your “Champions” rotate back to you, the SEFA staff will review with them what they’ve learned. The dress code for the Conference is business casual. |
