Shipping Information


We encourage you to have your product at the training in order to give the Dealer salesperson the opportunity to “kick the wheels”. It has been communicated to us that seeing and feeling the equipment is the best way to learn. To better assist you with your shipments to the conference, we will email the primary training contact person from your firm a shipping form to complete and submit to the SEFA office. Completed shipping forms will be due no later than Monday, February 5, 2010.


Maximum equipment size:
Heavy or large equipment must pass through an opening of 62”w x 80”h including pallet and pallet jack.  Smaller equipment and supplies must pass through an opening of 32”w x 80”h.  Extra large rooms are limited so please let me know the size of your equipment as quickly as possible so that I can secure the breakout room that best meets your needs.  Trucks delivering extra large equipment must have a lift gate. All other shipments may use the main dock and do not require a lift gate.

Coaches using the kitchen: The clearance into the kitchen area is 57”w x 80”h.

All Featured Product Presenters equipment/product must clear an opening of 67”w x 94”h including pallet and pallet jack.  Delivery trucks must have a lift gate.

The Evergreen Marriott Conference Resort will accept pre-paid packages only. Due to limited storage space, packages shipped to the hotel should be shipped to arrive no sooner than Friday, March 5th (3 days prior to the start of the meeting).

Handling fees can be charged to your hotel room and are as follows (one time charge for boxes, pallets, and crates in and out):

1-5 Boxes - No Charge
6+ Boxes - $5.00 per box
Standard pallet - $50.00 per pallet
Oversized pallet & crates - $75.00 per pallet
Note: The charge per oversized pallet/crate is subject to change depending on size and weight.

Return Shipment:

You MUST BRING YOUR OWN PACKING MATERIALS; i.e. shipping forms, labels and tape. Don’t forget your bill of lading paperwork and FedEx or UPS account number for billing. You must re-crate your equipment and have all the proper paperwork attached. Shipments must be scheduled for pick up no later than the 1st business day after the meeting to avoid storage charges.
